What I collect

Only what you choose to share in my forms: things like your name, email, phone number, property address and what you are looking for in a home. The forms are hosted by Google Forms. The calculators on this site run in your browser; I do not see or save the numbers you type into them.

Website analytics

How I use it

To respond to you, prepare a home value or home search, and keep in touch about your real estate needs. If you send me a text from this site, I see what you send.

Calls, texts and email

When you submit a form, you agree that I may contact you by call, text or email. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text, or tell me, and I will stop texting you.

Sharing

I do not sell your information. I share it only when needed to help you, for example with my brokerage, Gold Compass Real Estate, or with a lender or other provider you ask me to connect you with, or when the law requires it.
